On November 13, the international top academic journal "Nature" published online the research results of the amorphous-crystalline hybrid back contact structure solar cell jointly developed by Longji Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd, Sun Yat-sen University, and Lanzhou University. On November 10, "Nature" published online another important progress in the research direction of silicon-based tandem solar cells by the company in collaboration with research teams from Suzhou University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, etc. The efficiency of small area devices of ultra-thin crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells reached 33.4%, certified by the United States National Renewable Energy Laboratory. The efficiency of commercial-sized silicon wafer-level flexible tandem solar cells reached 29.8%, certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems in Germany. The two research results were published consecutively in "Nature", fully demonstrating the leading strength of the photovoltaic enterprises in Shaanxi in the forefront of technology.
