Master Lu (03601) subscribed for 50 million RMB of structured deposit products.

Wisdom Financial and Economic APP News, LUDASHI (03601) announced that in order to fully utilize the group's idle funds to obtain better financial returns, on November 13, 2025, the company's subsidiary Chengdu Migayou entered into a structured deposit product agreement XLVIII with China Merchants Bank. According to this agreement, Chengdu Migayou agreed to subscribe to RMB 50 million worth of structured deposit products from China Merchants Bank. The subscription funds come from the redeemed principal under agreement XLVII of the structured deposit product.
