AusHealth: Yuesheng Technology acquires 20% stake to become the controlling shareholder, change in actual controller

Australian Ocean Health announced that on September 15, 2025, Yuesheng Technology signed an agreement with Australian Ocean Group to transfer 153 million shares to Yuesheng Technology, while giving up 5% of the voting rights. On November 6, the share transfer registration was completed. After this change in equity ownership, the controlling shareholder changed from Australian Ocean Group to Yuesheng Technology, and the actual controller changed from Shen Xueru to the Zhangjiagang Economic Development Zone Management Committee. Financial advisor Dongwu Securities verified that the implementation process of this change in equity ownership was compliant, the relevant parties operated in accordance with the law, the acquirer fulfilled its commitments and did not violate any subsequent plans, and the company did not provide guarantees or loans to the acquirer or its affiliates.
