According to the Citic Securities app, Morgan Stanley released a research report stating that they believe China Resources Land's stock price (01109.HK) will experience an absolute increase in the next 30 days. The bank has given China Resources Land a "hold" rating with a target price of 39.3 Hong Kong dollars. Morgan Stanley estimates that there is a probability of over 80% for this scenario to occur (or "highly likely").
