China and Italy to hold 2025 annual meeting of science and technology ministers.

On November 12th, Minister of Science and Technology Yin Hejun met with the Italian Minister of Universities and Research, Anna Maria Bernini, in Beijing. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on deepening and expanding Sino-Italian cooperation in science and technology innovation. After the meeting, the two ministers signed the Joint Statement on the occasion of the 2025 Sino-Italian Ministerial Meeting of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Universities and Research of the Republic of Italy, as well as the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Universities and Research of the Republic of Italy on cooperation in the field of scientific research.
