On November 12, 2025, the World Power Battery Conference opened in Yibin, Sichuan. Zeng Yuqun, Chairman of CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited), delivered a keynote speech stating that over a decade of accumulation has made quality the most important label for CATL, but high quality is not the end but a new starting point. Faced with the daunting task of global energy transformation and increasingly fierce competition, the industry must adhere to high-quality development and accelerate to enter a comprehensive incremental era. We are continuously exploring new growth spaces from four dimensions: technological breakthroughs to unlock the limits of performance and quality; expanding scenarios from "electric vehicles" to "electric society" including electric commercial vehicles, electric ships, electric planes, etc.; innovating models to release new value from energy services and build 1000 chocolate exchange stations in 45 cities by the end of 2025; and zero-carbon ecology to build the second growth curve of the industry, layout wind-solar integration to create green electricity directly connected to the zero-carbon industrial park.
