Hetai Electromechanical announced that shareholder Hangzhou Haitai Jinghua Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise holds 8.5 million shares, accounting for 12.90% of the company's total shares, intending to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.9598 million shares, or 2.98%, through centralized bidding or bulk trading from December 4, 2025, to March 3, 2026. Among them, centralized bidding will not exceed 0.6587 million shares, or 1.00%, and bulk trading will not exceed 1.3173 million shares, or 2.00%.
