In response to this, on November 10th, the person in charge of Fengchao responded, "During the recent Double Eleven peak period, network abnormalities caused interface matching issues, where the skip button and actual location did not match, leading to this situation. Currently, Fengchao has disabled the appreciation function on all small screen cabinets and is refunding fees to users."
