Country Garden: A bond with a principal balance of approximately RMB 16.8 billion among domestic bonds has passed through the restructuring plan.

Country Garden Holdings announced that one of the bonds with a principal balance of approximately 1.68 billion yuan in the onshore bond has been approved for restructuring at a meeting of bondholders.
