Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, RAFFLES INTERIOR (01376.HK) announced that on November 3, 2025, Mr. Zheng Nenghuan, the newly appointed Chairman and Executive Director of the Company, entered into a purchase agreement (purchase agreement) involving the acquisition of 100% equity of Kunyuan Assets Co., Ltd. (the target company) from China Golden Holdings Limited (the seller), which may constitute a very significant acquisition of the Company (and potential related transactions (subject to further confirmation of information)). In accordance with instructions from Mr. Zheng Nenghuan through his lawyer, trading of the Company's shares will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. on November 4, 2025, pending the announcement of the relevant acquisition.
