BW Storage announced that, in order to meet the development needs of its wholly-owned subsidiaries' production and operations, the company has provided guarantees of 100 million yuan and 200 million yuan to Tai Lai Technology and Hundred Ways Hong Kong respectively, with no counter-guarantees. The former is a renewal of the original guarantee that was expiring, with no additional amount and a one-year term; the latter is a new guarantee. As of the date of the announcement, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 6 billion yuan, accounting for 248.77% of the latest audited net assets attributable to the parent company, with no overdue or litigation situations. This guarantee is within the authorized limit set at the 2024 shareholders meeting and does not require separate approval.
