The National Development and Reform Commission and other departments have issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Open Interconnection of Logistics Data and Effectively Reducing the Logistics Costs of the Whole Society." The Plan encourages enterprises to develop diverse logistics data products and services for applications such as logistics tracking, customs coordination, smart cloud warehouses, and shared deliveries, as well as for specialized logistics needs in cold chain, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, hazardous chemicals, and military-civilian integration. This will facilitate efficient connection of transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs clearance processes, and improve the efficiency of logistics resource allocation. It will also enrich industry-level data products and services for logistics market analysis, trend insights, risk identification, etc., providing decision support for small and medium-sized enterprises in production and operation. Furthermore, it supports qualified companies in establishing cross-border data links, solving the problem of international logistics information asymmetry, and providing strong support for cross-border trade activities.
