Bohai Automobile: Executive Vice General Manager Wang Renzhen resigned due to work adjustment.

Bohai Automobile announced on November 10 that the Board of Directors has recently received the resignation report of Executive Vice President Wang Renzhen. Wang Renzhen has applied to resign from the position of Executive Vice President of the company due to work adjustments. In addition to gradually and orderly handling the withdrawal and change procedures for the positions he concurrently holds as an expatriate director, he will no longer hold any positions in the company after his resignation. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
