On November 10, Li Chunlin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, talked about accelerating scenario cultivation and open promotion of new large-scale scenario applications at the State Council's routine policy briefing. He emphasized that to promote the cultivation and openness of scenarios and the large-scale application of new scenarios, it is necessary to strengthen coordination and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties. Scenario cultivation, openness, and large-scale application of new scenarios involve a wide range of fields and multiple departments. It is essential for various parties to work together and coordinate in order to ensure the effective implementation of the policies. Taking the example of multimodal transport and scenario integration, Li Chunlin mentioned that in recent years, the cost reduction effects of logistics have been very significant. However, currently the standards for sea, rail, and inland waterway shipping containers are not consistent. In the future, these costs can also be reduced by achieving standardization.
