According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Shandong China United Chemical International Logistics Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 40 million RMB. Its business scope includes international freight forwarding agency, air international freight forwarding agency, sea international freight forwarding agency, and land international freight forwarding agency. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly held by Qingdao Port's wholly-owned subsidiary, Qingdao Port International Logistics Co., Ltd., and China Shipping's subsidiary, China Shipping Central China Co., Ltd.
