Shandong Heda announced that director, secretary of the board of directors, and deputy general manager Bi Songling, who holds 1.433 million shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 350,000 shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the disclosure of the announcement. The source of the reduced shares includes shares before the company's initial public offering, restricted shares from the equity incentive plan, and shares obtained from the implementation of capital reserve fund conversion into share capital.
