(referred to as "Modern Automobile"), to purchase 100 18-ton fuel cell wing-opening box trucks from Modern Automobile, with a unit price including tax of 783,200 yuan per vehicle, and a total purchase quantity of 100 vehicles, with a total price including tax of 78.32 million yuan.
