The Guizhou procuratorate lawfully filed a lawsuit against Wang Dali for alleged bribery.

Recently, the case of Wang Dali, former member of the Party Committee and vice president of Zunyi Medical University, suspected of bribery, was investigated and concluded by the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. Designated by the Guizhou Provincial People's Procuratorate, the case was prosecuted by the Tongren City People's Procuratorate to the Tongren City Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law. The case is still being processed. During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorate informed the defendant Wang Dali of his litigation rights in accordance with the law, questioned the defendant according to the law, and listened to the opinions of the defense counsel. The Tongren City People's Procuratorate charged that the defendant Wang Dali, taking advantage of his positions as director, head, director of the research department, vice president of Zunyi Medical College Affiliated Hospital, and vice president of Zunyi Medical University, used his authority to seek benefits for others, illegally accepting a large amount of money from others. He should be held criminally responsible for the crime of bribery according to law.
