256 Australian companies participated in the Import Expo, setting a new record.
Australian Minister for Trade, Dan Tehan, recently led a delegation to participate in the 8th China International Import Expo, with the delegation consisting of 256 Australian companies, marking the highest number of participating companies from Australia in the history of the event. According to a press release by the Australian Ministry of Trade on the 4th, the participating companies will showcase a range of products highly favored by the Chinese market at the Expo, including packaged foods, dairy products, meat, seafood, wine, and healthcare products among others. Minister Tehan stated, "China is Australia's largest trading partner. This trade relationship supports businesses and job opportunities across Australia."
