Tencent Financial News, Xinjiang Construction (002941.SZ) announced that the shareholder Xinjiang Tianlian Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianlian Electric Power Group") holding more than 5% of the company's shares plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of not more than 21 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, which is not more than 2.88% of the company's total share capital.
