Zhtng Cijng APP News, Landatechnology (002765.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ma'anshan Landai Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd., intends to transfer the assets related to the assembly business of electric drive units located at 199 Longshan Road, Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the relevant rights and interests necessary for the continuous operation of the aforementioned business to Luxshare Precision Industry (Ma'anshan) Co., Ltd. The transfer price is 110 million yuan (including 13% value-added tax).
