Luoping Zinc Electricity: Wholly-owned subsidiary Jinpo lead-zinc Mine obtains new safety production permit.

Loping Zinc Electric announced that on November 3, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Puding County Derong Mining Co., Ltd., obtained a new "Safety Production License" issued by the Guizhou Provincial Emergency Management Department for the Jinpo Lead-Zinc Mine, with license number Qian FM Anxu Certificate No. [2025] 0003, valid until November 2, 2028. The scope of the license is for underground mining of lead and zinc with an annual output of 200,000 tons. After obtaining the license, the subsidiary is carrying out preparations for resumption of production in accordance with regulatory requirements, and the company will disclose information in a timely manner after production resumes.
