According to the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Internet Facilitated Loan Business for Commercial Banks and Enhancing the Quality and Efficiency of Financial Services," financial institutions should implement a list-based management system for "platform operating agencies and credit enhancing service agencies, disclose the list through official websites, mobile internet applications, and other channels, and timely update and adjust the list." According to the guidance from the financial regulatory department, the China Internet Finance Association will continue to track and assess the disclosed information. As of October 31, 2025, the disclosure situation is as follows: 1. Approximately 120 financial institutions have disclosed the list of cooperating agencies for Internet facilitated loan business. These cooperating agencies include over 500 technology companies, credit guarantee companies, and insurance companies, with a total disclosure frequency of nearly 4000 times. Some financial institutions have dynamically updated the list, and in addition to disclosing the names of cooperating agencies, some institutions have also disclosed the names of the products and customer service telephone numbers of the cooperating agency. 2. The main problems that exist are the non-standard disclosure format and inaccurate information. For example, the disclosure location is relatively hidden and does not support search functions, making it difficult to find; the disclosure titles are all just "announcement" without being sorted by time or indicating the update and release time; the updated list is directly covering the original announcement content; the names of the cooperating agencies disclosed are not standardized, only showing the group names or indicating that the cooperating agency has been "renamed" or "dissolved." 3. In order to further improve the disclosure of cooperating agencies for facilitated loan business, the Association advocates: Financial institutions should disclose information in a way that is easy for financial consumers to view. For example, prominently display "latest announcements" or similar sections on the homepage of the official website for disclosure, with the title indicating "List of Internet Facilitated Loan Business Cooperating Agencies" or similar wording. The cooperating agency is a legal entity that actually provides facilitated loan related services to financial institutions, and the name should be accurate. In addition to the name, the agency's category, product names, and the agreed cooperation period in the contract should also be disclosed. Timely update the disclosed information without directly covering the original announcement content when updating.
