DaGang Corporation Announcement: In order to further enhance its comprehensive competitiveness in the field of integrated circuit testing, promote rapid business growth and expand development space, it is proposed to increase the registered capital of Jiangsu AiKe Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. by 37.1526 million yuan through a capital increase of 90 million yuan from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai MinAi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. After this capital increase, the registered capital of AiKe Integrated Circuit will increase from 10 million yuan to 47.1526 million yuan, with Shanghai MinAi holding 78.79% of the equity of AiKe Integrated Circuit. AiKe Integrated Circuit will become a subsidiary of Shanghai MinAi, and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
