The China Fortune Financial APP News reported that Bright Star Technology Group (08446) announced that on October 31, 2025, the company (as the seller) intends to sell all the issued shares of the company (Anxu Technology Limited) to Syno Strategy Ltd (as the buyer) for a total price of 110 million Hong Kong dollars.
