Thirteen people died in flooding in central Vietnam.

The Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Environment released a report on October 31st stating that heavy rainfall and floods in central Vietnam have resulted in the deaths of 13 people, with 11 others missing and 34 people injured.
