After being reviewed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council in accordance with procedures, it will be submitted to the 14th National People's Congress for review at its fourth session next year. Secondly, actively soliciting opinions and suggestions from various parties. At 9 am on October 31, the National Development and Reform Commission's official website, new media platforms, and China's government website have set up special columns or links in prominent positions to solicit development suggestions in more than 20 key areas related to national development and people's livelihood.
