615,320 certificates of various types were issued by the national trade promotion system in the first 9 months.

This morning, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) held a press conference. The spokesperson of CCPIT stated that from January to September 2025, the national CCPIT system issued a total of 6.1532 million various certificates, such as certificates of origin, ATA carnets, and commercial documents, representing a 17.64% increase compared to the same period last year. This confirms that China's foreign trade has shown strong resilience in the first three quarters, achieving a good momentum of both quantity and quality improvement. Specifically, the national CCPIT system issued a total of 3.3305 million non-preferential certificates of origin, an increase of 5.10% year-on-year; 2.2884 million preferential certificates of origin, an increase of 47.25% year-on-year; and 0.2425 million RCEP certificates of origin, an increase of 25.57% year-on-year.
