Local governments and departments should combine the Catalog with relevant support policies. For projects that started before the implementation of the Catalog, the classification of industries can still be based on the "Guiding Catalog for Green Industries (2019 Edition)". For projects that have completed approval, examination, or filing but have not started when the Catalog is implemented, the classification of industries can be chosen to be based on the "Guiding Catalog for Green Industries (2019 Edition)" or the Catalog. 4. Local governments and departments should further strengthen international and domestic exchanges, promote and support the development of related industries, promote international cooperation in green standards, and gradually establish a mechanism for mutual recognition between the Catalog and relevant international green standards. 5.
