LYGEND RESOURCE (02245) announced that on November 17, 2023, the company and KPS International (a subsidiary of KPS) entered into a KPS International Loan Agreement. Under this agreement, the company agreed to provide a KPS International loan financing with a principal of no more than RMB 65 million, with a duration of one year.
In addition, on November 15, 2023, November 16, 2023, and November 17, 2023, a subsidiary of the company, KPS, and a subsidiary of the company, OSS, entered into an OSS Loan Agreement. Under this agreement, KPS agreed to provide OSS with a total principal of USD 750,000 in OSS loan financing, with a duration of one year.
The announcement stated that the KPS International loan financing and OSS loan financing will improve the cash flow situation of KPS International and OSS, thereby supporting the operation of KPS International and OSS. Therefore, the company (as an indirect major shareholder of KPS and OSS) believes that strengthening the cooperation between itself, KPS International, and OSS will contribute to the overall business development and financial performance of the company.
