Changbai Mountain (603099.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changbaishan Protection and Development Zone Yiyou Tourism Service Co., Ltd. ("Yiyou Company"), through participation in a public bidding process, won the bid for the 2026-2027 Yanbian Changbai Mountain Heping Ski Resort beginner ski slope ticket agency project of Yanbian Changbai Mountain Heping Ski Resort Co., Ltd. ("Changbai Mountain Heping Company"), a controlled subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, with a winning bid price of RMB3.7 million. Yiyou Company plans to sign a contract with Changbai Mountain Heping Company for the above project in accordance with relevant procedures.
