Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism (603136.SH) announced that the company plans to sign the "Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism Qingyejie Culture, Commerce and Tourism Complex Project Investment Cooperation Agreement" with the People's Government of Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism Town, Liyang City, to advance the investment and construction of the Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism Qingyejie Culture, Commerce and Tourism Complex Project, with total investment of no less than RMB200 million. The project site is located in Yangcun Village, Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism Town, south of Yanghuang Line and east of National Highway G233, in the former Yaojie Village plot. Phase I of the project will revitalize approximately 38.5 mu of existing construction land and, leveraging the regional ecological and topographical advantages, create a complex project integrating culture, performing arts, commerce and more. This investment will help enrich the company's cultural tourism product offerings and consumption scenarios in the Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism area, further improve the comprehensive service capabilities of the tourism destination, and align with the company's "one-stop cultural tourism" strategic layout.
