Raytron Technology (688002.SH) announced that Ma Hong, the company's actual controller and chairman, has proposed that the company use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase part of its RMB ordinary shares (A-shares) through centralized bidding trading, for the purpose of safeguarding the company's value and shareholders' interests. The total repurchase amount shall be no less than RMB50 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB100 million (inclusive).
