Since the implementation of various strategic measures in the second half of the 2025/26 financial year, the Group has successfully maintained its business growth momentum. The Group focuses on optimizing its business model, consolidating its store network, enhancing operational and cost efficiencies, and continuously improving the business performance and profitability of each business segment. The significant increase in profit attributable to shareholders during the Review Period as compared to the Corresponding Period Last Year was primarily attributable to the following:
1. The Group continued to strengthen its fast food business to drive overall business quality and efficiency enhancement. By offering value-for-money dining options and continuously launching innovative products, as well as formulating precise strategies targeting the needs of different customer groups, the Group optimized its revenue mix. Meanwhile, the "Club 100" membership program utilized AI-driven customer data analytics for precision marketing, successfully expanding its membership base. The Group also ensured consistent product quality and service standards through strict execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs), continuously optimized operational management, and drove customer repeat visits.
2. Management has been focused on enhancing operational efficiency to strengthen profitability. In terms of the store network, the Group orderly consolidated lower-productivity stores, adjusted the network layout across regions, and seized opportunities to enter locations of strategic value. The Group accelerated its digital transformation and system upgrades, streamlined workflows, and leveraged the scale advantages of its Hong Kong and Mainland China operations to enhance supply chain efficiency and comprehensively optimize costs.
3. The Mainland China business gradually stabilized, with improvements in both sales and profitability, primarily benefiting from the swift and flexible execution of the Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co., Ltd. (O2O) business strategy, optimization of the store network, and continued advancement of the asset-light operating model. During the Review Period, the Group continued to prudently expand its store network and deepen its market presence in the Greater Bay Area.
4. The effectiveness of the Group's diversified business portfolio was demonstrated. The casual dining and institutional catering businesses continued to increase their contribution to the Group's profitability, fully demonstrating strong resilience.
