VPOWER GROUP (01608): Further adjournment of the winding-up petition hearing
VPOWER GROUP (01608) announced that, in relation to the winding-up petitions filed by CRRC Hong Kong Capital Management Limited with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 28 November 2025 against the Company and VPOWER Group Holdings Limited (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) respectively, at the hearing on 4 November 2026, the court further adjourned the hearing of such petitions to 30 December 2026.
VPOWER GROUP (01608) announced that, in relation to the winding-up petitions filed by CRRC Corporation Hong Kong Capital Management Limited on November 28, 2025 with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region against the Company and VPOWER GROUP Holdings Limited (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) respectively, at the hearing on November 4, 2026, the court further adjourned the hearing of such petitions to December 30, 2026.
