ETERNITY INV (00764) subsidiary sells Hong Kong property for HK$99.715 million, trading to resume on November 3

ETERNITY INV (00764) announces that on October 28, 2026 (before the trading session of the Stock Exchange), the seller, (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), entered into a provisional agreement with the buyer, Stream Global Trading Limited, pursuant to which the seller has conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer has conditionally agreed to acquire the property at a consideration of HK$99.715 million. The property comprises Rooms 1209, 1210 and 1211, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. At the request of the Company, trading in the shares has been temporarily suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on October 28, 2026 pending the publication of this announcement. The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the shares from 9:00 a.m. on November 3, 2026.
