Traffic Control Technology (688015.SH) announced that Wu Zhiyong, an independent director and member of the audit committee of the company, has proposed that the company use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used in full for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives at appropriate times in the future. The total amount of funds for the share repurchase shall be no less than RMB50 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB100 million (inclusive).
