KEEN OCEAN (08070) announced that with effect from November 1, 2026: Mr. Lin Chunlei will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of each of the nomination committee, audit committee, and risk management committee; and Mr. Zhang Hanhui will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of each of the nomination committee, audit committee, and risk management committee.
