EUROEYES (01846): Markus Schrder Appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director

EUROEYES (01846) announced that, due to his own career development plans, Mr. Marcus Huascar Bracklo has tendered his resignation as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and will cease to act as the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from October 31, 2026. Due to his own career development plans, Mr. Bracklo has resigned as an executive director with effect from October 31, 2026, and has been re-designated as a non-executive director with effect from November 1, 2026. Mr. Markus Schrder has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and executive director with effect from November 1, 2026. With effect from November 1, 2026, Mr. Schrder has been appointed as the Listing Rules authorized representative to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Bracklo.
