DEEPZERO (02723): Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Huawei Cloud Computing Technologies to Jointly Build Enterprise Intelligent Marketing Cloud Solutions

DEEPZERO (02723) announced that the Company has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Huawei Cloud Computing Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei Cloud). The two parties will build a joint solution in the intelligent marketing field, reshaping the entire enterprise marketing chain with AI agents, and jointly create an enterprise intelligent marketing cloud solution. Under this agreement, the two parties will cooperate on co-creation of industry AI ecosystem joint solutions, in-depth cloud service cooperation, and joint expansion across all markets. Huawei Cloud will provide cloud infrastructure, computing power, and Agent intelligent agent platform capabilities, providing a technical foundation and platform support for the Company's industry vertical agents; the Company will leverage its advantages in AI agent products, industry knowledge, and scenario practices in the enterprise marketing decision-making field to carry out solution co-creation, product iteration, and business implementation with Huawei Cloud, creating standardized and replicable AI marketing joint solutions. The two parties will prioritize pilots in the automotive and retail industries, promote mature solutions nationwide, and jointly expand into global markets in response to enterprises' overseas expansion needs.
