XJ INTL HLDGS (01765) spends approximately RMB 115.4 million to acquire residential land in Jialing District, Nanchong City for the construction of staff supporting housing.

XJ INTL HLDGS (01765) announces that Nanchong Xinqi (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) has successfully won the land use right of the plot transferred by the Bureau through public auction at a consideration of approximately RMB 115.4 million. On October 21, 2026, Nanchong Xinqi (as transferee) and the Bureau (as transferor) entered into a land transfer contract in respect of the land acquisition. It is reported that the plot is located in Jialing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, China, with a total site area of 34,812.40 square meters, for urban residential use, with a land use right term of 70 years commencing from the actual delivery date of the plot. The announcement states that the plot is adjacent to the Hope College campus. In order to attract and retain more outstanding talent and address the insufficient campus supporting facilities, the Group has acquired the plot to construct staff supporting housing, aiming to improve their living conditions and enhance the Group's teaching quality. The land acquisition will fully realize resource sharing between Hope College and its supporting facilities, thereby promoting the Group's sustainable development in the future.
