CATHAY GP HLDGS (01981) announced that on October 20, 2026, Bicheng Art (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as lender) entered into a loan agreement with Mr. Pu Shulin (an executive Director and controlling shareholder of the Company, as borrower), pursuant to which Bicheng Art agreed to provide Mr. Pu with an unsecured loan with a principal amount of up to RMB 45 million, for a term of 12 months from the date of drawdown, at an annual interest rate of 3.3%.
