Shanghai Zizhu High-Tech Science And Technology (002058.SZ) announced that its controlled subsidiary, Shanghai Zijiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zijiang New Material"), intends to voluntarily apply for the termination of listing of its shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. This matter will not affect the company's shareholding ratio in or controlling position over Zijiang New Material. As a controlled subsidiary of the company, Zijiang New Material will continue to actively expand its business in the aluminum-plastic film sector.
