Kingfa Sci. & Tech. (600143.SH) announced that Mr. Chen Pingxu, Chairman of the company, has proposed that the company use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase part of the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchased shares will all be used for cancellation and to reduce the company's registered capital. The total funds for the share repurchase will be RMB 300 million (inclusive) to RMB 500 million (inclusive).
