HKT-SS (06823): Tsang Wai Yi Appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

HKT-SS (06823) announces that Ms. Cheung Hok Chi has resigned as the Group Legal Affairs Director and Company Secretary of the Trustee-Manager and the Company, and will cease to act as the authorized representative of the Trustee-Manager and the Company under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative of the Company for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from 15 October 2026; and Ms. Tsang Wai Yi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative of the Trustee-Manager and the Company, and as the Company's authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents, with effect from 15 October 2026. Ms. Tsang joined the PCCW Group in 2022 and has over 25 years of professional experience in legal and company secretarial matters. She is a solicitor and a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong.
