PASHUN INT'L (00574) announced that Ms. Lui Mei Ka has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 October 2026. Mr. Ng Kam Ming has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 October 2026. The Board further announced that Ms. Li Yan, an independent non-executive Director, has ceased to act as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange with effect from 15 October 2026. Mr. Ng Kam Ming has been appointed as the authorized representative of the Company with effect from 15 October 2026.
