CCOE (08286) proposes to appoint Crowe Horwath International CPA Limited as the new auditor.

CCOE (08286) announced that the Company and its current auditor, Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Beijing Xinghua), were unable to reach a consensus on the audit fee for the Group's financial year ending December 31, 2026. Beijing Xinghua has resigned as the Company's auditor, effective from October 12, 2026. After considering the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board has resolved to propose the appointment of Crowe Horwath International CPA Limited as the Company's new auditor. This appointment is subject to review and approval at the upcoming first extraordinary general meeting of 2026, and shall take effect from the date of approval at that shareholders' meeting.
