Guotai Haitong (02611) has announced that the board of directors of Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Company) recently received a written resignation submitted by Mr. Nie Xiaogang. Mr. Nie Xiaogang resigned from the position of Chief Risk Officer of the Company due to work arrangements. After resigning from the above position, Mr. Nie Xiaogang will continue to serve as an executive director and vice president of the Company. At the same time, the Company's board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Zhang Xinjun, vice president and chief financial officer of the Company, to concurrently serve as the Company's Chief Risk Officer.
