CHINA BAOLI TEC (00164) announces that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreements have been fulfilled and satisfied, and the subscription was completed on October 13, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreements. A total of 133 million subscription shares have been successfully allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.481 per subscription share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements. The net proceeds from the subscription amounted to approximately HK$60.3 million.
