CALB (03931): The CSRC issues a filing notice regarding the Company's implementation of full circulation of H shares.

CALB (03931) announced that the Company recently received a filing notice from the CSRC regarding the implementation of full circulation of H shares. According to the filing notice, the Company has completed the filing with the CSRC for the implementation of full circulation of H shares in respect of a total of 207 million Domestic Shares of the Company. The Company will apply to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for approval of the listing and trading of the relevant H shares. If the Company fails to complete the share conversion within 12 months from the date of issuance of the filing notice and intends to continue to proceed, it shall submit updated filing materials to the CSRC. As at the date of this announcement, the details of the implementation plan for the full circulation of H shares, the conversion and the listing have not yet been finalized. The Company will make further announcements on the progress of the full circulation of H shares, the conversion and the listing in accordance with the inside information provisions and/or the Listing Rules.
